We just went thru that recently. Matt swapped from one company to another, and they pushed the start date...so they pushed the insurance start, too, but 90% of their employees came over from the old company (same project, different company) and so EVERYONE suddenly didn't have insurance and had to do cobra...this was when my kidneys got infected. Suchhhhh a nightmare. I'm sorry you had to deal with that!
