    Dumbest/most evil I've seen was a "Remember this very specific word" in the middle of the consent form that you had to enter in for a question a few pages down while the question itself makes no mention of it being an attention check

    I remember this from one particular HIT - and almost everyone was rejected, but they were all overturned thankfully.

    it was something like - "on the next page, put your age as 72" or something. hidden in the paragraph about "You're free to leave whenever you want, there are no anticipated risks, blah blah blah" And the next page was just some regular ass demographics page.

    was serious bullshit
