    Oh yeah. I agree. POS customer support. I live in Texas and had Verizon FiOS like a decade ago or so. I'll never forget. I was up at like 2am watching the Stanley Cup Finals in like triple overtime and my stupid cable box goes black and starts updating for like 10 mins. I called in immediately and was so pissed and nobody could or would help me. I no longer had FiOS service the next day. FUCK THEM!
