Y'all did just inspire me to finally order the adapter to connect my all time favorite mouse to my current computers. It is a PS/2 connector and I don't have those on my laptop any longer. I do at work, and I may drag it in here.

Old school Logitech trackball mouse was the best ever.

 

PS/2 is the superior mouse connector.
