    Moths for sure lay eggs. They take over my darn tree every year if I don't put the poison in the soil in spring. Even then some hardier ones still survive and launch out as mutated moths. (Sorry, Mothra. Y'all are greedy when young and consume all the leaves of a full size shade tree!)
