One benefit to managing rental properties in California.

I get all the oranges (and tangellos, tangerienes, mandarins, etc) and sometimes avocados I can eat this time of year. Tenants would rather we come pick them vs. them picking the fallen rotted ones up off of the ground.

Looks like I'm hauling out my juicer this weekend.
