    Yeah, we have already begun getting rid of unnecessary stuff.

    I am from there so I am basically just moving back home. My dad got diagnosed with leukemia a couple of months ago, and all of a sudden I realized how far away everyone is. He is fine but still.

    A friend of mine has been remodeling a house he picked up for 12k. It's now livable. I'm getting a bedroom and an office for $300 a month so :arms:

    He works a lot, so it should be nice and quiet and there's work around the house that needs doing that he's willing to pay me for.

    So all in all it should be pretty awesome.
