    I'm supposed to lay down a few times a day for 15-20, even if I cant sleep, cause it's good for my immune system and all that lame stuff I hate but have to be responsible about with my health cause blah blah blah my body is defective blah blah lame:emoji_expressionless: I hate naptime but always feel better even if I'm just laying down in a quiet room with a cool ice pack over my eyes and a heating pad on my back and ohhh, it's probably my nap time now!
