My best advice having recently done the "horror procedure" (and the wait time, etc.....)

Keep the semi-bad tasting solution on ice (for real - it should DEFINITELY be kept cold) - also you get clear liquids so stock up on some super delish Sprite and Popsicles - they are amazing.

Other advice... you shouldn't draft your fantasy hockey team while taking it (probably that's just me...)

Other than that - I can one thousand percent reassure you that it is less worse than you think. And you will be OK.
