    my old dude is super energetic, but slowing down physically because of his hips, which has started a search to find him things to entertain him in one place. it's difficult because he doesn't care about toys too much, but finding new healthy concoctions to put in his kong buttplug toy has done the trick. do you think that would help keep his spirits up being confined for so long?

    Sorry the lol was for the buttplug - heart for the rest of the post :ba:

    I'll definitely keep the kong stocked for him - that's a great idea. I think the hardest part will be being separated from his brother, they are very attached (Rudy sometimes won't go outside unless Jax also goes), but they play rough so that won't be allowed. I'm going to put Rudy's bed in front of Jax's crate so they can be close at least. I'm not sure how he'll do not sleeping in the bed with us either. He's pretty young though, so hopefully he'll bounce back more quickly (which would still probably mean a month in the crate).
