    book was great, mini series eh, it needs to be redone like ALL the miniseries to big screen where they can show more of the story than regular tv will allow (ie Toomy being ripped apart at the end),
    It (the second) came out well, others should be redone, but thats just my opinion.

    My dear boy, I fully agree lol!

    Even with the terrible cgi langoliers and the cut away the whole scene is still tense and the capture the emptiness
    so well. Sure much of the acting is super cheesy but that jump for joy at the end feels earned :lol:

    i wouldn't change a single thing about Shawshank Redemption but it would be great seeing a The Stand remake though can't imagine it happening soon with a real world captain trips. :frown:
