    Well there's a ton of side quests, and unlocking different costumes/upgrading them, making new types of food (theres a whole BOTW cookbook!), etc...

    You see I love both. Open world games are great for me too other than Skyrim it's a hot piece of trash that ruined the series lol.

    I feel like Morrowind was the peak time. Oblivion blended a mixture of what was to come in Skyrim and some of Morrowind. I enjoyed Oblivion a lot! Skyrim seems very watered down...

    Yeah, I enjoyed BOTW, I really enjoyed Fallout 3 and 4, etc, but I have zero interest in trying to collect every seed, shrine, shrub and recipe (Oh god, I hate cooking in video games so much). I'm not anti open world game, but eventually I get bored aimlessly wandering around ;)

    See my problem with BoTW is if you unskinned it and put different characters in it would have almost no traits as a Zelda game.

    Oblivion is really good with mods, Morrowind is good in that you don't really need mods to enjoy it for what it is. Skryim was just so disappointing.
