It'll be fine. But it's just a trick I learned when I had the bakery. If I had a lot of cakes to get out and was in a rush, it was a lifesaver.

 

I'm thinking I may have added too many jalapeno bits. Batter poured in pretty lumpy. Probably not going to turn out very aesthetic, but that's ok - neither did I.

 

I love jalapenos. I bet it will be delicious.

If you're like me, you've already had a nibble. Is it as delicious as it looks??

 

Most every pepper has different color variants. Jalapenos ripen to a reddish color and turn more juicy. Bell peppers go from green to yellow to red as they ripen, etc...

 

I'm letting it cool a bit then I'mma take it out of the skillet
