    So many issues with this survey.
    6 minute timer.
    Landing page says it takes 5-10 minutes yet a 6 minute timer.
    Question selection is highlighted in such a way it is hard to tell if you selected it or not.
    One area has a slider bar because the disagree/agree scale will not fit on the page. I'm not sure why this is an issue for so many requesters as I see others do it just fine.
