it's sounds like a huge nuisance unless you are sure you qualify. I tried googling before and I didn't figure out what was going on right.

 

I thought it was only additional money to make it add UP TO $600. That's why we were discussing it earlier and I had to look it up and found out it was a flat extra 600. This is a useful link...

I would, but my state's site doesn't load. Can't up those unemployment claim numbers if no one can actually apply, I guess.

 

Typical unemployment info is useless for us. From what I understand we will get the CARES Act money and not the normal money... Not very much good info out there though.

For a normal office worker (if I understand it correctly) it is the normal state unemployment + $600 from the cares act. As gig workers we just get the CARES Act money so $600.

This whole thing is very unorganized though so it is hard to get good info.

 

YEah, I just looked it up for Kentucky. This is the part that would stump me...

 

I think that's just for traditionally employed folks. On my state site, it mentions that there's a different form for gig workers but you have to get through the initial claims system first to even access it or something.
