Not sure if this is a good place to discuss this, but @ChrisTurk concerning the dispute thingy, we should have a "never got back to us" option to remove it from the main dispute view. Also, it could be interesting if you collected rejection/reversal data from the dispute thingy to show who's requester account usually sees/replies/reverses rejections from the system. Not only a metric for you to know if it's worth continuing to maintain it, but could also give workers an idea of whether it's worth even trying to dispute it.

Ya I'd say that's a great idea because sometimes I forget to update. That would really shine more light on which requester are more reliable in terms for contacting.

 

I could understand his reluctance, since some requesters have perfectly valid reasons to rejected some work and the system could be abused by untrustworthy workers, but it could be a nice addition.

 

Anything that helps is worth thinking about, but ya I can understand the reluctance.
