So back from Costco what I've learned is things like TP are no longer hard to get but a bag of chicken breasts...that's an issue.

 

That's because there's an issue with Covid outbreaks in meat processing plants, I'll bet. Everyone's panic buying meat, TP is so last month.

 

I'm not super bothered I tried the Vegan thing for awhile and went 6 months without eating meat so I can do it if needed. Was just letting people know that meat issues are coming.

 

Bery bery ti-red this morning. Gotta be alert to take kiddo to orthodontist for a retainer repair. Had to wake up early.

Last night. The cat outta the box just got home from the veterinarian and thinks the cat in the box is out of her mind because the box brings you to bad places.


And this totally would have happened in my house had that jar been here.

 

lol! I went to our meat counter yesterday. They told me their freezer is packed with meat and they are fine. Fortunately the suppliers they use are not affected. I still bought a little bit just so I don't have to go back any time soon, and I was buying for the people I shop for so I looked like I was panic buying meat. I had like 10 white paper wrapped parcels in my cart when I was done, lol.

Fry's food was out of chicken. I got the last 2 small packages for my dog. Yes, she eats chicken in the crockpot. This is how everyone should care for their old people. lol.

Elastic.

I was digging through all my sewing supplies yesterday looking for buttons and found several bits and pieces of elastic from old projects and even an unopened package. My friend's mom is making masks in Iowa so I'm shipping her bits and pieces of elastic.

Things are just very odd right now.

I'm not making masks you have to sew. I'm making those origami no sew masks. I also found some fantastic, long forgotten material in my sewing kits that will allow me to make a bazillion no sew masks. Will be working on that for a bit so I can give them away.
