Not a vegan solution, but a vegetarian one and I know you have lots of chickens- curing egg yolks! I do that now cause its fricken delicious and I always give a bunch to my dairy free friend cause they make a good sub for a parm garnish type deal when you grate them. Also, just a delicious addition in general For the bot's birthday last year, one of the apps I did was ricotta with cured egg yolk crostini and they went so fast I didn't get to eat one

I went out to do a little bit of yard work, got the mower running, got 1/2 of one ditch mowed, and it started sprinkling. Looked at the radar and there's a storm moving in.
