    I can't answer this question, everybody knows @dan isn't giving his marbles to sue, no way no how.

    No, what we're saying is nearly all the time, it's a requester who has no idea what they're doing and putting up a broken survey and stasticially speaking you're going to get paid for it. You already put in the time, if you return it at the end, you get nothing, if you submit it you MIGHT get a rejection, but you'll most likely get paid.

    No, what I'm saying is the realistic percentage of scummy academics vs moron grad students who aren't being paid to build their PI's dumb study in qualtrics is exponentially higher than the former, so it's not in my best interest to worry about which is which. You're likely to come out ahead submitting and ignoring the rejections than spending any time thinking about the metaphysics of it all.

    Also like teq said.. it's literally an unpaid screener if you want to log it.
