See the vast spread in housing in different areas leads me to believe a $15 an hour blanket min wage across the country is kinda silly.

That's solid size, sounds similar to mine other than I have a loft room so the difference in states is 500 dollars.

I'm in SEMO, and dude...there's 1-5 acre wooded lots that have power at the street (but not run further in yet) that are only $5-10k.
