    Update in the saga of trying to delay my eldest's enrollment in kindergarten until next year (In NY, you can send at 5, but they have to go at 6 and she just turned 5, so totally not illegal):

    School keeps sending us stuff like she's actually enrolled. First day of classes for the district are today. Taking bets on when I'm going to get arrested for not sending my kid to school.
