    My inlaws got me a flat top griddle that fits on the stovetop from a yard sale and it's the best thing ever.

    I just cooked a bunch of eggs/sausage for my son and myself super quick with easy cleanup.

    It's taken a long time but I think I finally know what being happy feels like.

    Sandwich ProTip for the non-meateaters: The frozen veggie hotdogs you can get in a big bag from IKEA are actually really good. Not the ones that are fake meat - but the ones that are various vegetables pressed into a hotdog shape. The fake meat ones kinda suck though.
