    It's tolerable on a Rueben but I don't go out of my way for it.

    Speaking of fermented cabbage, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with kim chi? I bought a jar a little while ago and never opened it because I don't know what to do with it. Eat it hot, cold? In something? I need to figure something to do with it before it expires.

    I've made Kimchi fried rice and it's really good! Specifically I've made this one but many out there: https://mykoreankitchen.com/kimchi-fried-rice/

    but also when I'm lazy I can just eat it like a side when I'm having white rice and salmon. You can't really go wrong lol
