11/19 - Thrillful Thursday

Yeah that's a really hard habit to bust. It's all the little in between times that suck too. I also no longer have an excuse to just walk away from the group and chill alone for a couple minutes. I used that time to deal with my social anxiety and regroup myself. Now if I just fuck off to go stand alone without a cig I look like an ash hole.

 

I don't have a cough...kinda concerning since I've been doing it a LONG time.
The cost kills but I think I'd have to switch to drugs lol.

Me too. I suffer from anxiety (and other crap too) and it helps me de-stress.

 

I ran a smoke shop for 5 years and had EVERY ecig and vape and hookah and dip and snuff available...none did the job.
I think cause Newport has a distinct flavor.

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's a battery of cognitive tests - everything from personality to trivia to verbal to math to spatial, etc. The sections are broken out, you can take breaks, and each section tells you how long it will be.
