    According to their dataset, yes. Though I'd say some of those metrics are based more on being 'bad for business' more than 'low quality' but it's all splitting hairs.

    The qual is optional in their system, so you can lobby requesters about using it or whatever, but as far as remediation I wouldn't bet money on them having any system in place for it.

    Ok just calm down, damn.. I don't have Master and I also some how I got the CR 1 and 2 thingy too, which means I personality fucked up somewhere along the line and did not pay attention or what ever it means. SO I own up to that and move on, and I don't get mad at others who are not reasonable for the work I did and fucked up on.
