It depends on what system you have to play it on. I have a base ps4 but I also just bought it this year. So I am not having nearly any of the problems others are having.
The open world is awesome. Some of the side quest story lines are just great but are also can mind f*ck ya and can have you sitting there for a few minutes debating what answer to give lol
