I've made sure to incorporate light body resistance work outs to help keep me healthy and trim. Leg lifts, arm circles, squats, wall sits, push ups. Just small stuff like that. I pick and try and do at least 1-3 a day. Already lost a good 6lbs of the holiday weight I had gained.
