Cool beans

I've been trying to buy some new kitchenware, since all I had was those cheap non-stick starter kits you get at Target and dull knifes. I picked up a few Viking pots and pans from TJ Maxx or Marshalls, and I've been enjoying them so far. I was going to buy a few larger pieces, unless the handles fly off of these while I'm cooking or something.

I feel ok buying affordable pots and pans, but knifes seem to be a different issues. Do you have any knife buying tips for new home cooks? I have an idea of the types of knifes I need and the sizes I want, but I'm not sure where to look and what brands to look out for. I hope that question wasn't too complicated.

Yeah. I am not sympathetic to your ppd games. I think that sums up at least 5 games or more of mine every week so far. At some point I'll get lucky and have a whole team NOT benched for Covid. Knock on wood. (Although unlikely.... it seems hockey players are not going to 'bubble' so this may be a loooooong season.)
