MTSv3 auto-download - how to get history before last 45 days on it?

    while the thread is bumped, i'd like to see 'returned' hits logged in v2 (and i think v3 as well) to stop counting as 'accepted' so that requester stats are totally accurate (especially for return-heavy reqs like C-SATS)
