I am an worker in mturk from 2013. I transfer all my fund to my gift card balance. The Master card linked with my account expired in 2019. As i use gift card balance for all my orders I didn't update the card. I have now no access to the card's statement. But I have ordered many things after 2019 and never faced a problem. But after a recent purchase my account gets locked. I got an email from the account specialist asking for the payment confirmation of the master card. How could I use a card for recent purchase which expired in 2019? I have my 3 months earning in that account and now it's locked. What should I do?
