Everything effects everything else. We have multiple products we can’t even order right now because the companies do t have enough employees to make everything so they have straight up stopped making some products. The warehouses don’t have enough people so the trucks get loaded later so our trucks come at super inconvenient times. They don’t have enough drivers so they deliver on fewer days. All of this lowers everyone’s bottom line which makes them try and get it back by charging $39,827 for everything

I feel this. Trying to get certain repairs made has been crazy. One place waited three months for an ac. It was on order. Production was slow so we were on the "wait list". Then it was on a ship from China. Then it was stuck in a port forever while some frantic thing happened. Then we had to get it across the united states...and on and on.

Or we can't get parts to fix like water heaters for 14 days due to low production. Most tenants have been fantastic about understanding that there's literally nothing we can do.

I had to replace a water heater in my rental and was all at the cost.
