    Bands are great for home workouts. You can do a lot with shoulders and back with bands. Even the arms are a good target if you have the right bands.

    yeah that's what I'm aiming for. I'm trying to do the most amount of work with the equipment that takes up the least amount of space.

    Gotcha...I'm sure he has his finger in a lot of pies in that sense. Not gonna lie though, I often suspect that there's some secret, back room, Mturk cabal, and Soros makes a good villain.
