I also had their crappy modems constantly go out and have to be replaced. The service guy even told me how terrible they were in quality... and due to how they were setup, you werent able to use your own modem you had to use theirs... so bad

That's about the caliber of service we get here. I switched to cricket for cell (cause it's the only other carrier that works out here) and we're just ducked for internet. We only have one option for internet and it is a local place that sucks balls cause it's the ONLY OPTION, so there's no competition.

 

When I check my quals in QBC I see it granted on 9-17-2020. Could it have been revoked? I am definitely not able to catch any hits with that qual. I'm so upset right now. Do I have to fill out that "message us with date, time, etc" form that is continually being requested on SC hits?

 

are you sure you can't catch any of them? I can't get some and notice those always have a qual attached that is an excluded qual, bunch of random numbers

Mine was also granted on 9/17 CR1, right? That's not the problem then. It would show if it was revoked, and they would give you CR2 (the bad one.)
I've never seen (or filled out) the date/time request.

A while ago that Research Group#1 qual became a major factor in getting access to a lot of surveys.

WHenever I am not qual'd for a CR hit, its bc of this I am pretty sure.. seems like its usually from already taking the hit but not totally sure

 

They put a booster on mine about 3 months ago that was supposed to "give me anywhere fomr 10-11 Mbps!!!!!!" and they were so effocing proud of that number. I wanted to STRANGLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE THEM, because fiber is within ONE MILE of me in any direction. so. I'm salty rn. Especially since they were supposed to run fiber to my area by the end of the year, but the grant mysteriously got pulled, so now they can't even though they suddenly have the money to run it EVERYWHERE else but here.

 

That is one of the things I miss about Xfinity. I had a decent modem and a decent WiFi router.

From the sounds of it, I guess I shouldn't complain because at least I have options, but I live in a large metro. It would suck to have no options.
