omfg so I love cheese and someone gifted me a thing of Burrata. I, without thinking, left it in the fridge for a couple of days and one evening got hungry for them. I go and I grab some crackers and deli meats to compliment my little ball of dairy. I bit into it and it tastes fine, it smells fine, yknow? I start to swallow and realize that it's kinda fizzy? Like it's lightly carbonated? Turns out it was a good month past the expiration date. Brain was already kinda confused at this point and figured it was safe to eat anyways because that's smart. I finish my two Burrata happily with this new strange fizzy feeling they have. It didn't take but 20 minutes for me to start noticing that my stomach is less than pleased. I've never projectile vomited so hard in my life. I now fear the Burrata.
