So, T mobile double charged me. Which, set off a cascade of issues that I was unaware of because I have a special account that I pay all my bills through. When they double charged it caused me to go negative, which caused me fees, which caused my electric bill to not clear, which caused me fees. They are saying they will credit the bank account back, but that doesn't cover my bank fees or the penalty from the electric company. Stressful. The entire reason my bills are all paid from a specific account is to avoid any mishaps. Ughhh, and Tmobile is like, we will cover our fees. Well, I would hope so, you made a mistake, not I.
