    oh she is something else, I'd say what we call her in my house now but @ChrisTurk would block it.

    I know how to get further with sugar than vinegar. I am waiting for the mail truck to come and confirm what I believe it is. I will call the county and explain to them and apologize that someone wasted their time and mine for a frivolous complaint.
