    Is there anyway to access some old quals similar to this one?
    I've seen many requesters with quals and I couldn't find any way to access them. They are not listed in Qualifeye and they are not frequent enough to see if I can complete their quals.

    No. Unless the requester opens the test or makes a new qual hit, you will not get access to old quals. There are alot of closed quals floating around and if you've missed them.. you've missed them.
