    It is windows. I have tested the headphones with my laptop and they work, lol, maybe I just need to be the one with the headphones on to block out the talking, zooms, and videos he has to do.

    You can right click on your speaker in the start bar, select "playback devices" and make the headphones the default device. My system is SUPER cranky about changing to/from headphones if I'm already zooming.

    My little one is in the room with me doing school as well. I prefer to be the one with headphones on so I can listen to the teacher if I need to. Sometimes my kid daydreams and misses important instructions.
