    If you are 18-90, that's the only requirement that it said. I submitted mine/emailed with ID and it auto-approved.

    Not as long as it predicts. Not bad at all, really. Bubble questions and demographics
    Cons:
    No code given, but it doesn't ask for a code to submit. After I finished the survey, it redirected me to a page saying I don't need the study requirements, though, so that's iffy.
