    I almost never submit when I don't have a completion code.

    Ppl told me it's safe enough, so just this once I did, against my better judgment.

    Rejected, of course!

    Actually that was on Prolific. lol. (I don't care too much about my rejection rate over there.)

    But it goes to show I was right, submitting without a code isn't safe.

    "You've done it a hundred times and never had a problem" doesn't prove anything to me.

    What proves something to me, is that I did it this one time, and received the expected rejection.
