    "Fairness" study.

    Couldn't do it — had a bout of overthinking paralysis.

    That and my stubborn refusal to give an exact numerical answer to a subjective question that I'm not even qualified to contemplate.

    Learned something though, reading about issues that ultimately get decided among lawyers and judges and politicians.
