    It's a really stupid job title, it should be titled "You get paid to let people verbally abuse you and you should be nice and afterwards your boss will abuse you because of your times, quality reviews etc etc"

    Haha! My friend worked in Costco member services for a year, and she jokingly called herself "Karen support"
    Because of the suburban location, she said that she spent all year explaining to entitled white boomers that it was standard that you paid 5% more if you weren't a member and used Instacart. :emoji_joy:
