    Not sure what to suggest as usually the setting up prompt goes away quickly at boot up for me....usually a second or less. I only see it if I am actively looking at the page.

    You could possibly just let it sit for a bit and see if it ever finishes and making sure the accounts are logged on correctly would be a good idea as well.
    Some people have mentioned captcha issues in the past too so make sure one of those isn't open in some tiny window waiting for you to fill it out. I'm pretty out of ideas after that as I've never run into many problems myself I had to troubleshoot so I'm going on very limited experience.
