Hold up, I've BEEN having the same issue for like a month, how do I manually sync??

 

On the dashboard I clicked on the link that said Mturk Suite & Turkerview and that brings out the side tab. Then at the bottom there's a button that says Tracker with a little calendar icon. It opens the tracker and there's a sync button on the right hand side.

 

Open up Tracker and press the Sync button at the top.
Last time this happened to me but everything said 0 and manually syncing wouldn't work. Had to restart my computer then it worked.
