    I agree. They also incorporated a ton of bias into the survey to force participants to judge stereotypically or positively the person in the chat. I don't know how they're planning to use the data, but it's worthless because they don't allow participants to answer honestly with any sort of middle ground answer that shows that the participant might not judge someone harshly or positively just because the chat person offhandly, briefly, mentions that they're dealing with a mental health related scenario.
