I was "hard-blocked" after 8 HITs. Requester did not respond to MTurk messages, but agreed to remove the block when contacted via the personal email provided in the Participation Agreement.

I was told I failed the same "metric for checking annotations" on 6 of my 8 HITs, but that it was not based on my answers or my consistency; I'm guessing they're going to reject for speed.

I just got home from shopping at Sam's Club and Costco .... and on a SATURDAY!!! I was feeling brave and quite energetic when I decided that today was a good day to do that. I did get two bags of Just Bare chicken nuggs, a giant key lime pie, various salads, and other not essential at all items though. I remember now why I usually go to places like this in the middle of the week, usually right before they close.
Time for beverage now.
