I did three and all three were rejected because not enough information either existed or they didn't have a site to begin with.

    Pretty sure these are fraudulent hits used for money laundering. They only approve hits when an account controlled by them submits it. No requesters gonna pay you $3 to find a url especially when the URL in question is in the hit.
