    For some reason QBC is running PRE's from 5-8%, and I have no other HIT finders running. Already restarted it, any ideas?

    Check your internet. PREs originate from MTurk, QBC is just reporting the rate it's getting. So, unless you changed the timer settings, it's most likely either your internet or MTurk is doing something.
