    Nice, I'll have to give that one a try. This is the one I've been using. I use my kitchenaid with it though and switched it up a bit. I use 1 TBLS of sugar instead and 1 1/4 tsp salt. Seems to be the sweet spot for the perfect flavor. I also add a little garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano to my dough. This is a really good dough to work with though. You will usually have to add a little extra flour in with it too. I normally just heap the flour amounts when I measure it. I put it covered in my oven under the light and let it proof.
