Just threw back a $10 Jury Duty on Connect. That's an absurd amount of reading for 10 bucks.

 

Reviewing a website. Both my voice and my face are being recorded. And they still toss an attention check my way!

 

They probably want to see your reaction to it..the audacity!

 

Well it was the same questions over and over 'how would I feel if I saw X in an app, how I would feel if I didn't see X in an app
I'll admit, it was getting monotonous and then I caught on what I was reading like
"if you're reading this then we want you to...oh. apple juice."

 

re: TrialByData on Connect: I no longer take their work [they have changed name and platform, several times, partially due to bad reviews, in my perception], - due to a failed script on their end, that they rejected me for, and refused to respond to emails. 1.5 hours of my life gone, and they got my work anyway. They have a reputation for rejecting any tech issues, that are their responsibility. I've read 6+ workers write about this rejection issue and lack of researcher accountability, on a few different forums. They work great... until they don't and then... it's your fault so...

Yea, same. I gave up on them a while back. Desperate times call for desperate measures though..but I'm not that damn desperate. My mental health is more important. I'd rather spent my hour of time elsewhere.
